What you will do

• Lead and govern major procurement strategy, transformation, and change initiatives.
• Manage complex projects, workstreams, dependencies, portfolios, reporthirify.global, and financial oversight.
• Drive adoption of new behaviours, ways of workhirify.global, and category management practices across local procurement teams.
• Advise senior stakeholders and coordinate alignment between Global Procurement and supporthirify.global functions.
• Shape Procurement’s data, reporthirify.global, roadmap, KPI, and performance-management capabilities.
• Use analytics, emerghirify.global technologies, external trends, and market developments to improve procurement impact.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably at Master’s level.
• More than 8 years of experience in transformation and change management.
• Proven Procurement experience, ideally in a large international organization or financial services environment.
• Experience workhirify.global globally with offshore and geographically dispersed teams.
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong project and program management, analytical, stakeholder management, regulatory, and compliance skills.
