APAC Supply Chain Security Manager

Location: Singapore, with significant regional travel across APAC. The role covers APAC operations except Taiwan and requires availability for security incidents outside standard working hours.

What you will do

• Build the APAC supply chain security function, including the regional framework, risk profile, vendor ecosystem, and operational standards.
• Own warehouse security across APAC facilities, including access control, CCTV, guard-force oversight, alarms, audits, and high-value asset protection.
• Lead transportation security across regional shipment lanes, carriers, freight forwarders, delivery providers, and handoff points.
• Manage risk assessments, GPS tracking, geofencing, real-time monitoring, and mitigation strategies for active shipments.
• Lead investigations and resolution of warehouse and in-transit incidents such as theft, loss, diversion, tampering, unauthorized access, and inventory discrepancies.
• Act as the APAC escalation point while coordinating with global NGSCS leadership and reporting regional risks, threats, regulatory changes, and performance.

Requirements

• Significant experience in supply chain security, logistics security, or combined warehouse and transportation security.
• Operational experience across APAC with knowledge of regional logistics, regulatory, and security environments.
• Experience establishing a security function, team, or regional presence in a new or emerging market.
• Experience leading security incident response in complex, multi-jurisdictional environments.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, is required.
• Strong independence, ownership, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and risk-assessment skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-value or critical-infrastructure supply chain security, including AI hardware, data centers, semiconductors, or electronics.
• Law enforcement, military, or corporate security background with APAC exposure.
• Familiarity with TAPA FSR, TAPA TSR, or equivalent standards.
• Experience with GPS tracking, geofencing, access control, CCTV, tamper-evident sealing, or real-time monitoring platforms.
• Additional APAC language proficiency and experience coordinating within a global organization.
