Senior Logistics Process Engineer (MedTech)

Location: Schiphol-Rijk, Schiphol, North Holland, Netherlands; regular presence on the shopfloor is required.

Salary: €53,500–€85,445 annual base pay, plus an annual bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve warehouse and weigh & dispense processes for efficient, compliant, and reliable operations.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives focused on safety, quality, service levels, cost, throughput, scheduling, and downtime reduction.
• Manage the introduction, transfer, and implementation of new processes and operational capabilities.
• Translate technical requirements into SOPs, work instructions, and master batch records.
• Lead investigations into deviations and non-conformances, and manage CAPAs and change controls.
• Support acceptance testing, audits, equipment implementation, and cross-functional resolution of operational challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree at HBO level or equivalent in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Sciences, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in process engineering, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, and regulated operational environments is required.
• Experience with process improvement, deviation investigations, CAPA management, change controls, data analysis, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems such as SAP.
• English at B2 level is required; the role requires regular onsite shopfloor presence in Schiphol-Rijk.

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or another highly regulated industry.
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership experience.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and drive organizational change.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
