Senior Logistics Process Engineer (MedTech)

Location: Schiphol, North Holland, Netherlands; regular presence on the shopfloor is required.

Salary: €53,500–€85,445 base pay per year.

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve warehouse and weigh & dispense logistics processes.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives covering safety, quality, service, cost, throughput, and reliability.
• Manage the introduction, transfer, and implementation of new processes and operational capabilities.
• Translate technical requirements into SOPs, work instructions, and master batch records.
• Lead investigations into deviations and non-conformances, including CAPAs and change controls.
• Support acceptance testing, audits, and cross-functional resolution of operational and compliance challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree at HBO level or equivalent in engineering, supply chain, logistics, industrial sciences, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in process engineering, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP, and regulated operational environments is required.
• Experience with process improvement, deviation investigations, CAPA management, change controls, data analysis, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems such as SAP.
• English at B2 level is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or another highly regulated industry.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience influencing without direct authority and driving organizational change.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
