What you will do

• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing Talent Attraction team.
• Shape data-driven talent attraction strategies across complex business areas.
• Provide market insight, workforce planning support, and strategic advice for current and future hiring needs.
• Lead employer brand, diversity, inclusion, and candidate experience initiatives.
• Optimize recruitment processes, technology, performance metrics, and governance.
• Manage external recruitment partners, support internal mobility, and promote continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing Talent Attraction teams.
• Expertise in designing and executing data-driven attraction strategies using market intelligence, talent insights, and workforce planning.
• Experience assessing, selecting, and managing recruitment vendors and external partners.
• Strong track record in employer brand, inclusive hiring, and candidate experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for partnering with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work in Bristol, Birmingham, London, or Manchester, United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI tools and technology for recruitment and candidate experience.
• Experience with skills-based hiring.
