Senior Director, Talent Acquisition (AI)

Location: New York, New York, United States, or Washington, District of Columbia, United States. Hybrid work model with onsite work required at least 50% of the time for employees within commuting distance of a hirify.global office.

Salary: $200,000–$240,000 USD annual pay range.

What you will do

• Lead the global Talent Acquisition function, including recruiting strategy, delivery, team capability, technology adoption, and performance.
• Partner with senior business leaders, HR business partners, budget stakeholders, and People Technology teams on workforce plans and hiring priorities.
• Lead the implementation, optimization, and adoption of Workday Recruiting, related workflows, and enterprise recruiting processes.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment execution across roles and regions, from requisition creation through onboarding handoff.
• Develop AI-enabled sourcing and recruiting strategies using automation, talent intelligence, market mapping, analytics, and predictive insights.
• Establish recruiting metrics, responsible AI standards, change management practices, and continuous improvement programs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading Talent Acquisition across a broad team, function, or portfolio.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills.
• Deep knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle and recruiting best practices, including structured screening and inclusive interviewing.
• Experience implementing, optimizing, or transforming recruiting technology, ideally Workday Recruiting or a comparable enterprise ATS.
• Experience using AI-enabled recruiting tools, automation, talent data, analytics, and recruiting technologies to improve hiring outcomes.
• Experience leading change management, process redesign, stakeholder adoption, operational enablement, and responsible AI practices in recruiting.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Recruiting and related Workday tools, including reporting, workflow optimization, governance, user adoption, and process enablement.
