Senior Talent Partner, Corporate Functions (Legal, People) (AI Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Own hiring delivery for Corporate Functions, particularly Legal and People.
• Run full-cycle recruitment from intake and sourcing strategy through assessment, interviews, offers, and closing.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, competitor landscapes, and time-to-fill expectations.
• Build pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill corporate roles across different seniority levels.
• Improve structured interviewing, competency frameworks, calibrated scorecards, and debrief quality.
• Deliver a timely, transparent, and high-touch candidate experience.

Requirements

• 8+ years of recruiting experience with substantial corporate functions hiring expertise.
• Experience recruiting senior specialist and leadership roles.
• Knowledge of hyperscaler, AI infrastructure, or data center industries.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to constructively influence senior leaders.
• Proven sourcing, market mapping, outreach strategy, and talent research experience.
• Experience hiring across UK/EU and navigating location, compliance, compensation, and leveling complexity.
