What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from vacancy briefing through offer, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate management.
• Partner with hiring managers and People Partners to understand hiring needs and recommend recruitment approaches.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels, especially for hard-to-fill roles.
• Support inclusive hiring by broadening talent pools, challenging bias, and promoting equitable candidate opportunities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and improve the efficiency and simplicity of hiring processes.

Requirements

• Recruitment experience, ideally gained in a recruitment agency.
• Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Confidence managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• Experience recruiting across different roles and levels.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, sourcing, and candidate engagement skills.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusive hiring, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
