Senior Recruiter (Energy)

Location: Leatherhead Campus, Leatherhead, Surrey, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end permanent recruitment across Corporate functions, including IT, Digital, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and HR.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define requirements, hiring strategies, and global sourcing approaches.
• Source candidates through direct sourcing, talent mapping, networking, and targeted attraction campaigns.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and niche skill sets, including roles connected to the Energy sector and Energy Transition.
• Provide data-driven hiring advice, participate in resource planning, and ensure a strong candidate experience.
• Guide Recruiters and Recruitment Coordinators while supporting process improvement, prioritization, and employer branding.

Requirements

• Proven in-house recruitment experience supporting global Corporate functions.
• Experience recruiting technical and professional roles across IT, Digital, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and HR.
• Experience acting as a business partner, influencing stakeholders, and managing complex hiring requirements.
• Experience leading global recruitment campaigns and prioritizing multiple requisitions according to business needs.
• Strong direct sourcing, talent mapping, communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Workday and Workable, plus Microsoft Office tools; a degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline is required or equivalent experience.

• Experience in the Energy, Engineering, or Technology sectors.
• Exposure to Engineering, Project Management, or Commercial recruitment.
• CIPD qualification or progress toward the qualification.
