FP&A Analyst (iGaming)

What you will do

• Analyse P&L results alongside operational and commercial KPIs to identify performance drivers.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses to assess opportunities, risks, and potential outcomes.
• Turn financial and operational data into clear insights and recommendations for commercial decisions.
• Investigate trends, anomalies, and performance questions to identify underlying causes.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, long-term planning, and monthly business performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Marketing, Data, and Finance stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Strong financial and analytical foundations from FP&A, Commercial Finance, audit, advisory, consulting, or a relevant finance programme.
• Strong Excel skills and practical experience with financial models, forecasts, or scenario analysis.
• Ability to analyse complex information, identify key drivers, and form a clear point of view.
• Proactive approach to investigating problems, asking questions, and taking ownership.
• Clear and concise communication skills, with an appetite to learn and develop commercial finance and business partnering skills.

Hiring process

• Initial 30-minute conversation with a Talent Partner via Zoom.
• 60-minute interview with the Senior FP&A Manager and People Experience Partner via Zoom.
• Take-home case study followed by a 60-minute final interview with the Senior FP&A leadership team.
