Senior FP&A Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Build and maintain the core integrated three-statement and operating financial model, including scenarios and sensitivity layers.
• Integrate budgets into the model while maintaining the accuracy of outputs and the integrity of assumptions.
• Build acquisition valuations, scenarios, due diligence models, and pro-forma combined-entity projections.
• Fold completed acquisitions into a single consolidated financial view.
• Drive analysis for monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews for senior management, the board, and investors.
• Diagnose changes in business metrics, recommend actionable decisions, and use AI and spreadsheet automation to improve productivity and data validation.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of integrated three-statement and operating models, including SaaS revenue recognition and cost treatment.
• Experience with bottom-up short-term forecasting, driver-based long-term modeling, and SaaS unit economics.
• Experience valuing acquisitions, conducting diligence, and modeling purchase accounting and combined entities.
• Deep understanding of business revenue drivers, cost structures, and operating levers.
• Advanced command of Google Sheets and Excel, with familiarity with AI and automation tooling.
• Ability to work autonomously, pressure-test assumptions, and produce rigorous recommendations for senior stakeholders.
