What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders by providing financial insight, analysis, constructive challenge, and support for commercial decisions.
• Build financial models and business cases for investments, ad hoc projects, and resource-allocation decisions.
• Analyze staff and non-staff costs, capital expenditure, productivity, ROI, and savings delivery to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, dashboards, and metrics for cost and capital management.
• Support capital governance, spend tracking, risk management, and reporting across major capital programs.
• Improve finance systems, data quality, automation, and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Strong financial analysis, financial modelling, and Excel skills, including the ability to work with complex data.
• High attention to detail, organization, and accuracy across multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive approach to challenging assumptions and identifying process and efficiency improvements.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build relationships with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of the drivers of business performance.
• Recently qualified or equivalent experience, ideally from industry or professional services, with an interest in developing a career in Commercial Finance.
