Senior FP&A Analyst

What you will do

• Support group-level sales and topline reporting.
• Produce monthly overhead reporting and analyze variances against budget, forecast, and prior year.
• Investigate significant variances and provide explanations and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Partner with budget holders to understand cost drivers, challenge assumptions, and support financial decisions.
• Own central overhead allocation to business lines and lead annual budgeting and in-year forecasting submissions.
• Improve reporting tools, processes, and financial models while supporting ad hoc analysis, business cases, and strategic projects.

Requirements

• Professional accountancy qualification with ideally 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in FP&A, finance analysis, or business partnering, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to turn financial data into business insights.
• Excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization and reporting tools is highly desirable.
