Location: Manchester, UK (M15 4PR), hybrid office and home working

hirify.global is a large international media business operating publishing, audio broadcasting, radio, podcast, and entertainment brands across Europe.

What you will do

• Lead the annual budgeting process, recurring forecasting cycles, and long-range planning for Bauer Media Audio UK.
• Own month-end FP&A reporting, P&L reviews, financial inputs, variance analysis, and management reporting packs.
• Present monthly financial results with clear commentary, risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with the CFO and senior leaders to support commercial and operational decision-making.
• Lead, coach, and develop the FP&A team while maintaining accurate, resilient, and well-documented processes.
• Improve financial controls, reporting workflows, coding, allocations, and the use of SAP Analytics Cloud and other planning tools.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent experience.
• Significant FP&A, commercial finance, or management reporting experience in a complex organisation.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, performance analysis, and month-end reporting.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable business insight.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and leading, coaching, and developing finance teams.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with planning and reporting systems, ideally SAP Analytics Cloud or similar.
