Billing Analyst: FTC (iGaming)

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom; 4 days per week at the Manchester office

What you will do

• Create and distribute accurate customer invoices and credit notes in finance systems.
• Prepare billing support schedules, validate source data, and reconcile transactions across multiple systems.
• Review and release customer orders according to established processes and controls.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support SOX compliance, internal controls, and accurate completion of billing activities.
• Build effective relationships with Finance and other internal teams to support timely billing.

Requirements

• Previous experience in billing, finance, accounts receivable, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical skills, and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to reconcile information across multiple systems and identify discrepancies.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance systems is advantageous.
• Visa sponsorship is not available; applicants requiring sponsorship now or in the future cannot be progressed.
