Associate Training Specialist

What you will do

• Maintain GMP training records, enter data into the LMS, file documentation, and coordinate record collection across the facility.
• Conduct internal audits and monitor the training request system for timely fulfillment against service-level agreements.
• Create training events, support training programs, and provide LMS training to administrators and Oceanside employees.
• Operate as a SAP LMS super user, prepare scheduled status reports, and support advanced reporting development with IT and LMS teams.
• Develop work instructions, SOPs, and training materials with instructional designers and subject-matter experts.
• Support technical change management activities as a change owner, initiator, assessor, or approver in the Trackwise Quality System.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or 3–5 years of business administration experience.
• At least one year of experience administering processes in a regulated environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong organization, prioritization, written and verbal communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume workflows, multiple projects, detailed documentation, and customer-service responsibilities.
• Understanding of cGMP requirements and ability to maintain defined compliance standards.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Visio, MS Project, and FileMaker Pro.
• Hands-on experience with SAP reporting.
