What you will do
- Lead the global training function and oversee new-hire training, refresher programs, process-change initiatives, and strategic projects.
- Design and implement learning strategies, training content, e-learning, job aids, facilitator guides, participant guides, tutorials, and demonstrations.
- Build training support systems and provide direction, mentoring, and skill development for training teams and junior management.
- Partner with geographic leads, operations, clients, L&D, HR, and departmental leaders to define priorities, rollout plans, requirements, deadlines, ROI, and analytics.
- Manage resourcing, budgets, reporting, data governance, quality measures, and continuous improvement of training delivery.
- Participate in training solutioning throughout the RFP and delivery lifecycle while maintaining current training practices, trends, and technology knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in a training environment.
- Strong writing, analytical, planning, interpersonal, organizational, leadership, and motivational skills.
- Ability to build and lead teams, work collaboratively across functions, manage challenges, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to deliver enthusiastic, high-energy presentations and support measurable learning outcomes.
- Must be located in the United States for a work-from-home arrangement.
Nice to have
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of LMS and LXP platforms.
- Experience with functional budgeting and P&L-driven planning.
