Enterprise Software Trainer (Federal Programs)

Location: Hybrid in Vienna, Virginia, with remote and on-site delivery; nationwide travel may be required.

Salary: $80,000–$120,000 per year

hirify.global is supporting a large-scale U.S. Army Corps of Engineers training initiative focused on enterprise project management systems and business processes.

What you will do

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training to end users.
• Facilitate adult learning for audiences with different levels of technical proficiency.
• Present demonstrations, training materials, and hands-on exercises based on approved curricula.
• Support user adoption and knowledge transfer during system implementation.
• Answer questions about system functionality and business processes, and document participant feedback.
• Coordinate with training leads, project teams, and government stakeholders; travel for onsite delivery as required.

Requirements

• Meet one qualification path: a relevant adult-learning or training certification plus at least three years of professional training delivery experience; or at least five years of professional training delivery experience with documented successful training evaluations.
• Strong classroom facilitation, presentation, public speaking, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and adapt delivery methods to diverse audiences and learning styles.
• Ability to manage multiple training sessions and priorities while working independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and virtual training tools.
• Ability to pass required background screening and client onboarding requirements.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional training certifications.
• Experience training users on new software platforms or Project Management Information Systems.
• Experience with Kahua, construction management systems, ERP platforms, or similar enterprise applications.
• Experience supporting federal government, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, or Department of Defense clients.
