Bilingual Outside Sales Representative - Spanish

Location: On-site in Tampa, Bradenton, Clearwater, Pinellas Park, Riverview, Sarasota, St. Petersburg, or Wesley Chapel, Florida. Training takes place at 6275 S Goldenrod Rd, Suite 900, Orlando, FL 32822.

Salary: $150,000–$250,000 per year, including uncapped commissions, bonuses, and commission opportunities.

What you will do

• Deliver interactive presentations on home improvement products and services to homeowners and decision-makers.
• Promote products, develop sales opportunities, and negotiate sales contracts.
• Set individual sales targets, track progress, and report results.
• Meet sales goals through consistent effort, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach.
• Work evening, weekend, and holiday appointments as needed.

Requirements

• Fluent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Ability to work successfully without close supervision.
• Personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work on-site and attend evening and weekend appointments.
• A criminal background check is required.

Nice to have

• In-home sales or business-to-consumer sales experience.
• Experience selling windows and doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, cars, or HVAC services.
