Loan Sales Specialist - Bilingual (Spanish)

Location: Onsite in Casa Grande, Arizona, United States; Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and Saturdays.

What you will do

• Listen to customers' needs and present tailored financing solutions.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the loan process and lifecycle.
• Handle loan servicing and collections activities while following applicable laws and regulations.
• Support customers through phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Explain loan terms, options, and optional insurance products clearly.
• Work toward individual and branch sales and service goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Ability to work onsite during standard business hours and occasional extended hours or Saturdays.

Nice to have

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
