VDC Project Designer (Revit/BIM)

Location: Atlanta, GA or Phoenix, AZ; hybrid working arrangement

Salary: $65,000 per year

What you will do

• Use Autodesk Revit to produce 3D models and construction or shop drawings.
• Support modeling activities across electrical discipline projects.
• Set up drawings, produce sheets, create views, and organize project models.
• Interpret engineering and construction drawings and incorporate design intent into project models.
• Participate in coordination meetings and support project documentation, RFIs, tracking, and deliverables.
• Maintain model quality and collaborate with senior team members on VDC and coordination practices.

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience in VDC, BIM, drafting, design, construction technology, engineering, or a related field.
• Professional experience using Autodesk Revit.
• Experience supporting construction documents, models, or project deliverables.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, or similar tools.
• Exposure to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or construction environments.
• Interest in technology, construction, and continuous improvement.
