Salary: $104,402.58–$119,317.24 per year

What you will do
- Create and maintain accurate 3D BIM models throughout the project life cycle.
- Develop and maintain company-wide BIM standards, procedures, and protocols with technical and design teams.
- Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination meetings and resolve complex design and coordination issues.
- Support the BIM software suite, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
- Manage the enterprise digital design library, including families, templates, and Dynamo scripts.
- Evaluate deliverables, define client BIM requirements, use project analytics for continuous improvement, and train project teams.
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher.
- 10+ years of AEC industry experience with a strong focus on BIM for engineering design.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and the ACC platform.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Experience mentoring junior staff and leading cross-functional teams of specialists.
Nice to have
- Experience with OpenBuildings Designer WorkSuite.
- Professional certification in BIM management.
- Knowledge of construction scheduling and estimating practices.
- BIM management experience on large-scale water and wastewater facility improvement projects.
