VDC Coordinator I (BIM)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must reside in AL, AZ, AR, FL, GA, IN, MI, MO, NV, OH, OK, SC, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WV. Preference is given to applicants in Arizona.

Salary: $60,900–$79,300 in Virginia; $64,200–$83,500 in Washington.

What you will do

• Support VDC and BIM objectives in collaboration with project managers, engineers, designers, and field teams.
• Develop, update, and maintain accurate 3D models according to project requirements and company standards.
• Assist with model reviews, clash detection, issue tracking, resolution support, and constructability reviews.
• Prepare and manage federated models and coordination files in Navisworks and other VDC platforms.
• Create and maintain BIM documentation, workflows, and coordination deliverables.
• Perform model quality control, troubleshoot basic Revit and Navisworks issues, and support training and process improvement.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in VDC, BIM coordination, design technology, construction, engineering, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Revit, including models, views, sheets, families, and project documentation.
• Familiarity with Navisworks for model review, coordination, and clash detection.
• Understanding of BIM workflows and multidisciplinary coordination processes.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
