Commercial Finance Manager (FMCG)

Location: Manila Net Park Office; willing to work in Taguig or Cabuyao, Philippines

What you will do

• Partner with Brand, Sales, Supply, and Category teams on strategic and commercial decisions.
• Lead financial analysis covering pricing, promotions, product mix, and customer investments.
• Own business forecasting, financial planning, and performance tracking against targets.
• Provide data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize profitability.
• Manage business cases, innovation launches, and go-to-market strategies end to end.

Requirements

• 2–7 years of experience in Commercial Finance, Category Finance, Supply Chain Finance, FP&A, or Business Finance.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive business decisions.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with financial data.
• Willingness to work in Taguig or Cabuyao, Philippines.

Nice to have

• Experience in FMCG, consumer products, or similarly dynamic industries.
