Finance Analyst (Senior/Mid)

Location: 6750 Building, Ayala, Makati City, Philippines; hybrid work model with remote work from home several days a week

What you will do

• Provide business decision support through financial forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
• Deliver core finance and accounting services, including month-end close and reconciliation activities.
• Prepare accurate and timely financials while maintaining effective controls.
• Collaborate with Finance, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
• Identify process improvement opportunities by interpreting data and understanding end-to-end processes.
• Share knowledge and expertise to support organizational capability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or management accounting.
• At least five years of overall experience in finance, accounting, or auditing.
• Good written and oral English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, teamwork, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
