Senior Analyst, Financial Analysis

Location: Manila, Philippines; working hours are 5:00 AM–2:00 PM, Monday through Friday

What you will do

• Manage or support monthly and quarterly reporting, forecasting, P&L variance analysis, and management presentations.
• Support annual planning and forecasting, ensuring budget integrity and providing recommendations to stakeholders.
• Process Technical Services invoices, cost chargebacks, reclassifications, adjustment entries, and month-end close activities.
• Own and improve recurring expense reporting views and contribute to Technology Finance and Corporate Support Services reporting.
• Collaborate with North America-based partners, Manila colleagues, team leaders, and managers on knowledge transfer and financial operations.
• Identify process improvements, develop financial and business metrics, and participate in special projects and ad hoc requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of collective experience in general and cost accounting, FP&A, management reporting, procurement, project management, analysis, or related finance functions.
• Four-year degree and broad financial and accounting knowledge with strong business acumen.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of cost accounting, project management, and financial reporting systems including Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, HFM, TM1/Cognos, SAP, and Clarity PPM.
• Experience with business intelligence and analytical tools for interpreting data and communicating financial information.
• Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, adapt to change, and build relationships in a geographically blended North America and Manila environment.

Nice to have

• CPA qualification.
• Power BI reporting experience.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry.
