Senior Analyst ECOO Finance

Location: Manila, Philippines; working hours are 4PM–1AM, Monday–Friday

What you will do

• Handle complex financial analysis, forecasts, plans, reporting, and projects for ECOO business units.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, forecasts, P&L variance analyses, management presentations, and supporting deliverables.
• Support annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and recommendations for business decisions.
• Process invoices and cost chargebacks and support month-end close, reclassifications, and adjustment entries.
• Improve recurring expense reporting views and develop financial and business metrics.
• Collaborate with North America-based partners, Manila colleagues, team leadership, and stakeholders on process improvements and special projects.

Requirements

• 10+ years of combined experience in general and cost accounting, FP&A, management reporting, procurement, project management, analysis, or related finance functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, cost accounting, communication, and business acumen skills.
• Four-year degree and broad financial and accounting knowledge.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, HFM, TM1/Cognos, SAP, Clarity PPM, and similar financial reporting systems.
• Experience with business intelligence and analytical tools and the ability to work effectively across North America and Manila.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Power BI reporting experience.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry.
