Order-To-Cash Finance Associate (Bahasa Speaker)

Location: Manila Net Park Office, Manila, Philippines; onsite

What you will do

• Review and validate customer orders to ensure timely, accurate, right-first-time processing.
• Coordinate with logistics teams on transportation operations and efficient delivery of goods.
• Manage customer receivables collections, maintain accurate records, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Perform external freight compliance validation against regulatory standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, customer service, and logistics stakeholders to streamline operations.
• Prepare and analyze reports covering orders, transportation, and collections to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Written and oral fluency in Bahasa is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and relevant business software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in finance, operations, customer service, or language translation.
• Familiarity with the Order-to-Cash process.
