Analyst - Capital Management and Funds Transfer Pricing

What you will do

• Maintain Funds Transfer Pricing reporting and forecasting processes.
• Support capital adequacy activities and the Capital Adequacy Assessment Process.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual planning and reporting.
• Conduct regular and ad hoc financial analyses using internal and external data.
• Prepare presentations and document processes and results for stakeholders.
• Coordinate work across Finance Technology, Capital Adequacy, Treasury, and business units.

Requirements

• College or university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or another quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance.
• Previous experience with Capital Management, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Funds Transfer Pricing concepts.
• Familiarity with bank balance sheets and income statements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and strong analytical, quantitative, communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or CFA qualification.
• Expertise with Power BI and Copilot.
