Consultant, Financial Planning and Analysis

Location: Makati City, Philippines; hybrid work with at least two days per week in the assigned hirify.global office

What you will do

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for hirify.global Philippines.
• Prepare monthly P&L reporting, variance analyses, and KPI reviews.
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Partner with functional leaders and budget owners to analyze financial drivers, cost trends, and business assumptions.
• Identify risks and opportunities, support cost and productivity initiatives, and provide financial insights for business decisions.
• Improve FP&A processes, reporting tools, financial systems, business cases, and management presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with financial systems such as Oracle or Hyperion is an advantage.

Nice to have

• Experience in a multinational or matrixed organization, shared services, or regional finance teams.
• Exposure to ERP systems, financial planning tools, or business intelligence platforms.
• Working knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP.
• Experience supporting APAC or global finance processes.
