Project Execution Manager (DoD IT)

What you will do

• Direct and manage the program’s executive support group in a DoD customer environment.
• Translate network requirements into service tickets, determine whether requests are MACs or ECPs, and develop proposed technical solutions.
• Oversee approximately 800 Engineering Change Proposals annually, including requirements clarification, schedules, cost estimates, design, build, testing, and migration.
• Document project approaches and timelines through Project Management Plans, Integrated Master Schedules, and Work Breakdown Structures.
• Coordinate with DoD customers and multi-contractor government teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with security requirements.
• Manage ECP tracking, quality assurance inspections, closeout documentation, archiving, and monthly status reporting.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Lead Project Manager.
• At least 5 years of experience in a DoD IT environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business management, or a related field.
• Expert managerial, leadership, communication, self-management, and team-management skills.
• Experience with detailed cost estimates, MS Office, and project delivery documentation; PMP certification is required at minimum.
