Project Manager (Architecture)

Location: Hybrid in St. Louis, MO; Columbus, OH; or Cleveland, OH

Salary: $85,897–$167,023 per year. Typical new-hire ranges vary by location and include $90,669–$114,848 in Cleveland and St. Louis.

What you will do

• Lead architecture and engineering projects from initiation through closeout.
• Plan and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and quality.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subconsultants, contractors, and consultants.
• Serve as the primary client contact and manage communications, expectations, presentations, and progress reporting.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, change orders, fee negotiations, billing, and project documentation.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, support business development, and supervise direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field with at least 4 years of direct project management experience in design and construction, or 10 years of related experience and/or training.
• Professional licensure such as RA, PE, PS, or RLA is preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite products, Deltek, and Newforma.
• Computer skills for daily timesheet entry and Microsoft Outlook correspondence.
• Ability to work in the listed hybrid locations is required.
