Software IT Project Manager (Construction Technology)

Location: Strongsville, Ohio, USA; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Lead software and IT projects from conception through execution and closeout.
• Develop project plans, schedules, deliverables, and documentation.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage resource allocation.
• Track project progress, budgets, risks, issues, and variances.
• Ensure deliverable quality, user acceptance, and on-time completion.
• Communicate project status and decisions clearly to executives and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of software or IT project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of software development life cycles, project management, and application or infrastructure delivery.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and managing multiple projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
