BIM Coordinator (Revit)

Location: Phoenix, AZ, United States; hybrid working arrangement

Salary: $65,000–$90,000 base compensation per year

What you will do

• Support Revit modeling and model maintenance across mission critical projects.
• Coordinate collaborative model environments with multiple linked disciplines and MEP engineering teams.
• Assist with model QA/QC reviews, model organization, and basic clash detection and resolution.
• Help maintain BIM standards, templates, internal workflows, views, sheets, and project setups.
• Support construction documentation and coordination workflows throughout project phases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve model issues and meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in BIM, CAD, or related modeling or coordinator roles.
• Professional hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit.
• Exposure to MEP modeling, multidisciplinary coordination, and linked-model environments.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, model organization, coordination processes, construction drawings, and design documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, or clash detection workflows.
• Experience with large-scale or mission critical projects, especially data centers.
• Background in consulting engineering or design environments.
• Exposure to BIM standards development, templates, or family management.
• Revit certification or formal Autodesk training.
