BIM Specialist I (Revit)

Location: Henderson, Colorado; onsite in a company-designated office or field location

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 per year, paid weekly and commensurate with experience.

What you will do

• Develop BIM models of new and existing electrical systems in commercial buildings with office and project staff.
• Support project coordination with other trades using coordinated models and clash detection.
• Create dimensioned shop drawings for prefabrication and field installation.
• Prepare as-built record drawings at project completion.
• Extract material quantities and values from Revit schedules to support takeoffs and preconstruction.
• Assist BIM leads and managers in completing modeling and coordination work on schedule.

Requirements

• Experience with Revit, including jobs, files, families, schedules, work sets, and electrical design tools such as conduit and cable tray.
• Proficiency with Navisworks Manage for project coordination, file management, and clash detection.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam.
• Electrical and general construction knowledge is preferred for understanding system constructability.
• Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and willing to learn additional project software.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer; visa sponsorship is not available.
