Production Operator - Photo (2nd Shift) (PCB Manufacturing)

Location: San Diego, California, United States; onsite, 2nd shift

Salary: $18.41–$19.34 USD per hour; base hourly range $16.38–$23.21

What you will do

• Print images on PCB panels according to work instructions and customer requirements.
• Start up and operate photo-process equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain process quality.
• Follow production travelers, confirm prior steps are signed off, and comply with ISO procedures.
• Follow cleanroom policies and communicate with managers and supervisors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED desired, or 1–3 years of photo or wet-area manufacturing experience in lieu of education.
• Basic computer, mathematical, reasoning, and communication skills.
• Ability to use eye loupes and a microscope for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and maintain concentration with minor interruptions.
• Must have or be capable of obtaining and maintaining a US Department of Defense security clearance.
• ITAR-controlled products and related technical data are restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.
