Photolab Operator (Photolithography)

Location: Onsite in Fremont, California, United States. The position is open only to applicants qualifying as U.S. Persons under ITAR/EAR regulations.

What you will do

• Perform manual and semi-automated photolithography processes in a cleanroom environment.
• Clean, etch, plate, develop, and pattern substrates according to customer specifications and manufacturing process flows.
• Operate microscopes, masking aligners, X-ray, Alpha-step, Beta scope, Asher, calipers, and related measurement equipment.
• Handle photoresists, acids, solvents, alcohol, acetone, and associated hazardous waste.
• Maintain accurate quality data, follow safety procedures, and keep the laboratory clean and orderly.
• Coach team members and support changing production assignments, overtime, and weekend operational needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with photolithography development and manufacturing processes.
• Experience handling chemicals and knowledge of laboratory and safety procedures.
• Ability to read drawings, follow special instructions, enter quality data, and use computers.
• Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.
• U.S. Person status is required, including U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, refugee status, or asylee status.

Nice to have

• Technical school or associate degree.
• Experience with ISO 9000-certified companies.
• Prior use of photolithography and laboratory inspection equipment.
