Production Operator II - 2nd Shift

Location: On-site in Hauppauge, New York, United States. Second shift, Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM.

Hourly compensation: $22.60–$23.00, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Operate manufacturing equipment and monitor production processes across Intercompany value streams.
• Maintain safe, efficient, and continuous operations in line with production specifications, quality standards, and process controls.
• Perform manufacturing activities using engineering drawings, work orders, SOPs, and approved instructions.
• Maintain accurate and compliant production documentation.
• Identify and escalate process, equipment, and quality issues, assist with troubleshooting, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least two years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions in English.
• Basic mathematics, computer, and Microsoft operating system knowledge.
• Ability to use basic measuring equipment such as rulers and calipers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a clean room while wearing gowns and PPE for extended periods.
• Ability to stand for eight hours per day and perform focused tasks in a noisy environment.
