Location: USA - CA - San Jose (Rose); 100% onsite

hirify.global develops and manufactures photonic products and requires production staff to support cleanroom operations.

What you will do

• Perform production work in a cleanroom manufacturing facility.
• Work with chemicals according to training, work instructions, and safety requirements.
• Maintain quality, attention to detail, and precise hand/eye coordination.
• Use Microsoft Word and Excel for role-related tasks.
• Work the A shift: Sunday–Tuesday plus alternating Wednesday, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with an 11.5-hour shift.
• Work overtime on short notice when needed.

Requirements

• Must work 100% onsite in San Jose, California.
• Strong spoken and written English proficiency and comprehension.
• Relevant experience in a similar manufacturing facility.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent job experience.
• One or more years of cleanroom experience is preferred for the role.
• Ability to wear a full bunny suit and PPE, stand throughout the shift, work near people and equipment, lift 20–30 lbs, and meet 20/20 corrected or natural vision requirements.
