Intern, Chemical Process Engineer (Chemical Engineering)

What you will do

• Lead chemical process engineering projects from start to finish and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Gather process information, perform engineering calculations, and present project results and recommendations.
• Support Process and Reliability Engineers with daily engineering tasks.
• Monitor operating trends and maintain turbine and compressor efficiencies.
• Track tribology data, cooling water surveys, catalyst surveys, DCS trends, and laboratory results.
• Initiate and follow up on Management of Change submissions, organize Process Safety Information, and participate in Process Hazard Analyses.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Chemical Engineering program.
• Ability to make verbal and written presentations to communicate ideas.
• Ability to work onsite in Claremore, Oklahoma.
• This is a safety-sensitive position.
