Part-Time Lead DAI Operator

Location: Inglewood, California, United States; onsite presence at an hirify.global office or stadium location is required. Remote and hybrid options are not offered. No relocation assistance is provided.

Salary: $21.63–$22.50 USD per hour

hirify.global is a professional sports organization operating digital media services for live football broadcasts.

What you will do

• Schedule DAI Operators for live game coverage and distribute game format sheets and assignment information.
• Supervise ad delivery performance, including accuracy, analytics generation, and performance metric reporting.
• Lead operator conference calls and coordinate break assignments, schedule changes, and real-time game-window events.
• Monitor live game video, compare broadcast feeds with digital distribution, and insert advertisements during commercial breaks.
• Monitor listen-only lines, follow ad break guides, and calculate break durations and insertion points.
• Report delivery issues and anomalies, and direct or perform application and system testing.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; some college is acceptable.
• Experience working with computers in an office environment and basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook on PC or Mac.
• Working knowledge of email, Slack, and web browsers.
• Experience in a lead or supervisory role, with strong communication and analytical skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, punctual, and able to follow multi-step instructions.
• Availability for Sunday and other peak hirify.global game days, including Monday and Thursday games and applicable holidays.

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor's degree.
• Prior hirify.global experience or experience in live TV and broadcast environments.
• Management experience and familiarity with ad insertion.
• Availability on non-game days and for occasional in-office work.
