Ad Insertion Coordinator

Location: On-site in Stamford, Connecticut, United States

Salary: $18.00 per hour

hirify.global is a media and entertainment company producing and distributing film, television, streaming, news, sports, and theme park content, including Peacock and NBC Sports.

What you will do

• Coordinate directly with commercial control room directors to support digital advertising operations.
• Insert advertising pods into digital livestreams.
• Monitor feeds for live NBC Sports events, including NASCAR, Premier League, college football, PGA Tour, and regional sports network broadcasts.
• Provide video live-streaming support for Peacock and TVE single live events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related field experience.
• At least one year of experience, including internships, ideally in sports digital or television production.
• Excellent computer, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Stamford, CT.
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18, punctual, reliable, and willing to work overnight, swing, weekend, and overtime shifts, including with short notice.

Nice to have

• Degree in a related field.
• Familiarity with digital and video operations.
• Experience with web content management systems, digital video and audio, troubleshooting, and testing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills, flexibility, and performance under pressure.
