Senior BIM Coordinator (Data Centers)

Location: Phoenix, AZ, with a hybrid working arrangement

Salary: $110,000–$130,000+ per year

What you will do

• Support and maintain Revit models across multiple mission critical projects.
• Coordinate large linked models across multidisciplinary MEP engineering teams from concept through construction.
• Perform model QA/QC reviews at project milestones and ensure compliance with BIM standards.
• Support clash detection and resolution across disciplines.
• Troubleshoot complex Revit and model-related issues.
• Maintain BIM standards, templates, workflows, and best practices while contributing to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on Revit experience in engineering, architecture, or construction environments.
• Advanced Autodesk Revit proficiency, including model setup, coordination, and management workflows.
• Strong experience with multidisciplinary MEP model environments and multiple linked models.
• Experience with model QA/QC, BIM standards management, and cross-discipline coordination workflows.
• Understanding of design and construction administration phases, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong communication, collaboration, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Navisworks experience for coordination and clash detection.
• Autodesk Construction Cloud experience.
• Consulting engineering experience or exposure to mission critical and data center projects.
• Experience developing BIM standards, templates, or families.
• BIM certifications such as Autodesk Certified Professional or CM-BIM.
