Field Services Rep (Medical Device Reprocessing)

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina; position serves the Winston-Salem, North Carolina area. Requires scheduled facility visits, travel up to 80% within and outside the state, and work during extended, odd, or on-call hours as needed.

Salary: $19.75–$28.75 per hour.

What you will do

• Implement the hirify.global ReNewal Reprocessing Program at assigned healthcare facilities.
• Oversee preparation and shipment of program materials, including labeling and organization.
• Identify reprocessable items and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide on-site workflow support, assist with process improvements, and address operational issues.
• Train hospital staff through group sessions and one-on-one discussions.
• Conduct facility visits, support onboarding, gather feedback, and share performance insights through digital tools and reporting platforms.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a hospital or operating room setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel in a personal vehicle to designated facilities and travel up to 80% for business purposes.
• Credentialing or hospital certification required to access assigned facilities.
• Ability to lift at least 30 pounds and communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
