Service Operations Coordinator (Medtech)

Location: Fully onsite at facilities in Deerfield, Illinois, or Waltham, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $28.00–$31.00 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, Field Service Engineers, and internal teams.
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and web-to-case channels.
• Manage customer quotes, purchase orders, service requests, work orders, and parts orders.
• Coordinate service scheduling and communicate service updates.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and SAP.
• Resolve customer issues through cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, dispatching, service coordination, or order management.
• At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce, SAP, or similar business systems.
• Ability to work fully onsite at the Deerfield, Illinois, or Waltham, Massachusetts facility.
