Bilingual Outside Sales Representative

Location: West Palm Beach, Florida; on-site. Training location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Salary: $150,000–$200,000+ per year in uncapped commissions, with additional bonus opportunities. Top representatives can earn up to $400,000+ per year.

What you will do

• Deliver interactive in-home sales presentations to homeowners and other decision-makers.
• Promote home improvement products and services.
• Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts.
• Set individual sales targets, track progress, and report results.
• Meet sales goals through consistent effort and customer-focused execution.
• Work a full schedule with evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to meet and exceed goals.
• Personal vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.
• In-home sales or business-to-consumer sales experience is preferred; no experience is required because training is provided.

Nice to have

• Experience in windows and doors, bath remodeling, kitchen design, roofing, car sales, or HVAC sales.
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills.
