SCM Manager (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Provide technical and managerial leadership while supporting employee development.
• Analyze and continuously improve internal and external logistics processes.
• Manage the flow of purchased parts, raw materials, and in-house manufactured parts through final-product delivery, including across multiple production sites.
• Coordinate with internal process partners throughout the order-processing workflow.
• Compile and evaluate statistics, KPIs, and reports, and prepare capacity analyses based on sales planning.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies, production planning scenarios, and coordinated measures for schedule disruptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration with a logistics focus, or completed vocational training with additional training and 5 years of supply chain management experience.
• Very good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Structured, independent, and methodical approach to work.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English required.
