Operations Associate (Logistics)

Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany (On-site)

What you will do

• Coordinate with producers, warehouses, and software providers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Analyze operational workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
• Support supply chain planning and logistics execution to meet customer delivery commitments.
• Manage ERP and logistics tools to track shipments, inventory levels, and key operational metrics.
• Communicate across internal teams and external partners to resolve operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics.
• Background in consulting, strategy, or operations internships.
• Experience in direct-to-consumer or e-commerce environments.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, logistics management, or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Full fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is required.
• Must have existing work authorization for Germany; visa sponsorship is not available.
