What you will do

• Lead the execution of the Advanced Surgery Supply Chain Strategy to improve supplier OTD and reduce inventory.
• Negotiate and award contracts to key suppliers based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
• Implement productivity plans and drive cost reduction projects (PPV/PPI).
• Develop innovative material replenishment processes such as Kanban, VMI, and Supplier Consignment.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and manage supplier performance metrics.
• Participate in Global Kaizen events to eliminate waste throughout the supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or supply chain discipline.
• 3+ years of strategic sourcing experience.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to ensure material availability while increasing inventory turns.
• Ability to understand and apply lean Manufacturing methods.
• English: Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience in category management, supplier audits, and site visits.
• German language proficiency.
