Lead Supply Chain Manager

Location: Onsite at the Eppingen-Richen production site, Richen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany

hirify.global is a technology-based construction company that develops and manufactures sustainable, affordable multi-story residential buildings using prefabricated timber-hybrid modules, industrial offsite construction, and digitalized processes.

What you will do

• Take strategic and operational responsibility for the production site's end-to-end supply chain.
• Ensure stable material flow from procurement through production to final delivery.
• Lead and develop a team of approximately 15–20 employees across administration, planning, production scheduling, warehouse management, and operational logistics.
• Improve planning, scheduling, logistics, inventory, cost, and process performance.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, suppliers, logistics partners, and other stakeholders to optimize the value chain.
• Develop KPIs and management mechanisms while ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or production planning in an industrial environment.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams, including functional and disciplinary management.
• Strong organizational, analytical, strategic, business, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Extensive project management experience and a strong technical understanding of production and material flow processes.
• Fluent German and English language skills required.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing or other production-driven environments.
• Knowledge of modular construction, timber construction, or the construction industry.
• Experience transforming and scaling supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
