Executive - Supply Chain Management

What you will do

• Maintain a valid Sales & Operations plan to support customer requirements and resource planning.
• Process and update customer orders accurately in SAP, including delivery orders and tender orders.
• Coordinate deliveries with 3PL partners, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor stock availability, delivery timelines, and expected arrival dates.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints, support issue resolution, and forward product complaints to the responsible person.
• Participate in lean initiatives and process improvement activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or GCE O-Level qualification with relevant experience.
• 1–2 years of supply chain management experience, particularly in order management or fulfilment.
• Experience in the healthcare industry, such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
• Knowledge of SAP, preferably the SD and MM modules.
